1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is DEOP Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warszawa, ul. Pańska 96 lok. 80, 00-837 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001237991, NIP 5273216776, REGON 544606885 (“DEOP”, “we”).
You can contact us by phone at +48 571 274 779 or by post at the registered office address.
2. What data we process and why
The only personal data we collect through this website is the data you submit voluntarily through the contact form: name, organization, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
We process it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to conduct the correspondence that follows from it. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, taken at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us).
3. No tracking
This website does not use analytics tools, marketing cookies, advertising pixels or any third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own infrastructure. No data about your visit is shared with advertising or analytics providers.
Because the site does not set cookies requiring consent, no cookie banner is shown.
4. Processors and recipients
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which acts as a processor for form submissions. Transfers of data to Netlify are safeguarded by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and Netlify’s participation in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
5. Retention
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and the resulting correspondence, and no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract concluded with you requires longer retention.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us by phone or post using the details in section 1.
7. Changes
We will update this policy when the website’s data processing changes — for example, when company mailboxes on the deop.com.pl domain become operational. The current version is always published on this page.
